A: No, we are not a taxi or private hire company, we are a networking company that connects potential customers with independent taxi or private hire companies.
Q: What if I need to change my booking?
A: After you made your booking the Independent driver/company should have sent you a text message. You should contact the driver/company directly if you wish to change your booking.
Q: Can I request a specific driver?
A: No, if you call our network number you will not be able to request a specific driver. We are currently working on a solution for this.
